- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at chelle@chelledeefitness.com or call +1 2025739332 to start the return process. All returns are shipped to our warehouse at the following address, 11025 Westlake Dr Charlottesville North Carolina 28273
- For returned shipment, we will notify upon receipt of the items and refund will be issued. Please take note that banks may take up to 7 days to process your return before it starts reflecting on your account statement.
- For merchandise made to customer specifications or any personalization, we will not be able to replace it. However, if you have issues with your personalized orders, a refund will be issued and a new order will need to be placed if desired
- Wrong Address – Please make sure the address you provide is accurate to avoid delivery issues or delays in you receiving your order
Chelle Dee Fitness Reserves the right to:
- Refuse order returns that have been received in a damaged condition or state. With no product tags
2. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
3. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
